Submitted files that do not follow the TEMPLATE will be rejected

Please make sure that your whole abstract, including main text, figures, tables, schemes and references, fits into two pages (A4, 210 mm x 297 mm), by keeping the text format as in the template.
The Abstract file must not exeed 10MB.


INSTRUCTION FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract:

Abstracts must be original and must not have been published or presented at any other conference.
Abstracts must be submitted in English using exclusively the on-line system of the Congress web page (Abstract submission).
Abstracts submitted via email/fax or any other means will not be accepted.

  • Abstract Content Details

As the author of the abstract and on behalf of all authors, you grant the non-exclusive rights of use of your abstract, including tables and illustrations, for the purpose of publication, also in extract form, in printed and electronic media.

Please note:
- In cases where recognizable persons are depicted, the consent of the respective person is mandatory for publication.
- Your abstract must be free of exclusive third-party usage rights.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The author acting as contact person will be informed on the status of the submitted abstract (acceptance – rejection), its presentation type.

Registration must be received before the early registration deadline to ensure that your abstract is included in the conference programme and scheduled for presentation. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.

Authors are allowed to submit & present up to 2 abstracts (including oral & poster) with one registration.

Committe is aiming to get a Special Issue of Journal of Ethnopharmacology dedicated to contributions to the 25th ISE and the 1st Workshop on Nursing Ethnopharmacology. Further details will follow at due time.
